About Ubuntu Oasis Therapy

A Gentle Space for Healing, Connection, and Growth

Ubuntu Oasis Therapy is a welcoming counselling practice for individuals, couples, and families across Alberta. I make room for honest conversations, shared understanding, and change that feels possible without judgement.

A place where you can be heard, supported, and understood.

A calm counselling space in warm natural light.
A calm space to speak honestly and listen differently.

My perspective

Connection can take many forms and it can be nurtured, repaired, and rediscovered.

I believe there is no single way to experience connection, healing, or belonging. Each person, couple, and family brings their own story, identity, values, culture, and lived experiences.

Ubuntu speaks to our shared humanity: "I am because we are". At Ubuntu Oasis Therapy, we hold that idea with gentleness. I create a calm, respectful space where each person can be heard and where forward movement can begin.

How I work

Grounded, collaborative, and centered on what matters to you.

01

Every voice matters

We make room for each person's experience without taking sides or rushing toward simple answers.

02

Small shifts count

Meaningful change often begins with a new way of listening, naming a need, or choosing a different next step.

03

Care is practical

Alongside reflection, we focus on tools and conversations you can carry into everyday life.
